I use various paints and materials to create the depth, texture and colour.

I usually paint to music, converting my energy into my work. I enjoy the process as much as the result. I don’t follow any rules just my own.

I paint mainly with acrylic and oil on canvas, using bold vibrant colours to create interest, harmony or discord.

Starting with a germ of an idea, I experiment.

Using pallet knives, brushes, rollers, and even twigs. It becomes an adventure.

Sometimes you expect something and something else arrives.

I want my artwork to have energy, vibrancy, emotion.

I want my paintings to sing and dance.
